In the InterBank app you can switch the card off, limit merchant types, review charges, and note travel plans.
If a charge looks wrong
Fraud monitoring may pause the card and send a text plus a voicemail. You can also turn on fraud text alerts. InterBank will not ask for your PIN by text.
Card declined with money in the account
Confirm the card is activated. If it is, a fraud hold may be in place. Check texts and voicemail, or call your branch during lobby hours on the locations page.
